Through the mess of the COVID experience, I lost a pile of weight, and then gained it back--shockingly none of my bras fit. In the beginning when the loss happened, COVID was pre-vaccine and limiting contact was important. I got a virtual fitting, they set me up with lovely options and it worked! Fortunately when I gained back and needed new bras, I could go in person and had an even better experience! Never had any complaints!
Emma was fantastic at fitting. Clearly knew her stuff and was very patient and helpful. She ended up fitting 3 people at once and was a magician, making each of us feel promptly attended to simultaneously. I'm a 30E/F and was amazed at the options available to me here, when I usually can't find any bras that fit anywhere! Highly recommend!!
I got a bra fitting here and was surprised to find that the size I had been wearing was WAY off. The staff were so professional and friendly. The staff member who helped me was an expert and was really kind and knowledgeable. She explained why she chose each size/bra for me, answered all my questions, and she knew exactly which ones I should try. I'm so glad the Victoria's Secret in the Bangor mall is permanently closed, because I was going to go there, and I didn't know about City Drawers until I Googled bra fittings. This was a much better experience than VS & I'll definitely come back next time I need a new bra!
I met with Emma today. What a treasure she is!! She was busy, busy, busy, but still gave me plenty of individual and personalized attention. I have never been fitted for a bra before, and learned so much about j hi ow to properly wear a bra. Who knew?? And at my age….??? What a wonderful experience.
I went in on a Saturday, Christine did a fitting with no appointment. She offered me multiple styles and found the PERFECT one, a style I NEVER would have even picked up. She explained how it should fit and how to properly wear it. I went home with two of the most comfortable bras I've ever had!! I cannot find my size anywhere else other than online. Highly recommend.
These ladies are super knowledgeable about undergarment fitting. I love everything I bought there. Worth the higher price tag!

Incredible service! I went in being new to the area, and they got me right in to have a fitting and recommended some great bras! The also had new spring lingerie which was gorgeous! They even ordered in one bra for me which was no hassel at all. Can't wait to go back!
Rebecca is so lovely and kind. She made me feel comfortable when trying to find the right size bra for my maturing body. She even offered to follow up with me after a couple of weeks of wearing the bra that I purchased. I honestly have never received that type of service in my life! Christine was also lovely and extremely inviting. It was such a pleasure to receive such great service. I feel like I made some new friends today!

After years of struggling to find a bra that fit me properly, the women at City Drawers introduced me to one that I actually love wearing. And no awkwardness or embarrassment with the fitting process. I’d never have believed it, but this bra feels like a “hug”, and I even wear it to bed at night. And it’s pretty! Thanks, ladies!
Best bra shopping experience. I wasn’t really intending to shop but ended up getting a fitting and Emma was AMAZING. She recommended a specific type of bra and it’s the only time i have ever felt good in a bra. Ended up buying a couple and will definitely visit again when I am in Maine. Thank you Emma for being so amazing!!

AMAZING STORE! I didn't think I could actually be comfortable in a bra; however, today I got proven wrong. The fabulous Emma took all my insecurities away, I have never felt that comfortable and held together. I can't wait for my order to come! I honestly felt like a celebrity!

Beautiful store and high quality lingerie. It’s worth it to spend a little extra for personalized service and quality undergarments that will last! I’ve always been very happy with my purchases there. They also have a small selection of perfumes and lotions that are very nice! I want to personally mention Christine, who was so helpful and attentive to me during my recent visit. She made me feel very comfortable and had such an upbeat and pleasant demeanor which makes you feel so invited and wanting to buy more. She guided me on what bras would be best for my pregnant and growing body and listened to exactly what I wanted and needed. She’s truly a gem. I highly recommend City Drawers!
